Lower Sewerage Charges for Phase 1 & 2 Residents!

We’ve received inquiries about claiming a lower sewerage charge from Severn Trent. Here’s some good news!

Residents in Phases 1 and 2 are eligible for this reduction thanks to the surface water drainage system installed by SJ Roberts on our estate. The system doesn’t use the Severn Trent network, reducing the amount you’re charged for its treatment.

Claiming Your Reduction:

1. Download the Claim Form: Head over to Severn Trent Water: https://www.stwater.co.uk/content/dam/stw/tier2_helpandcontacts/Surface_water_drainage_Web.pdf to download the application form.
2. Supporting Documentation: To support your claim, you’ll need a copy of the sales drainage plan for your area. Please contact Debra or Jess for a copy. We understand they might be busy, so a polite request goes a long way!
